Terms of Service
By placing an order, and confirming it with a non-refundable 50% down payment, you are agreeing to the following terms of services:
Payment: All orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit to book. NO ORDER IS CONFIRMED WITHOUT CONFIRMATION OF PAYMENT. The final payment is due one week before pickup.
Changes: We will do our best to accommodate any changes (designs, quantity, flavors, etc) that are made more than 7 days before the order due date. The final price of the order may change depending on the changes requested.
Allergens: Our products may contain major allergens. Allergen and ingredient information is on the ingredient label. Please inquire about allergens during the ordering process if that is a concern to you. Our products also may come into contact with major allergens. While we do offer some gluten free/dairy free/egg free products, we do work with all major allergens in our kitchen, so we cannot guarantee that our products will be allergen safe. You agree to notify your guests of this risk, and hold us harmless for any reactions.
Non-edibles: Our cakes will sometimes include non-edible items on or in the cake, such as certain decorations or support dowels. We’ll advise you about these at or before pickup, and it is your responsibility to ensure they are removed before serving.
Design: We cannot make an exact copy of another baker's work but will make sure the look is similar, and add our own touch.
Delivery & Pick up: Please read our product care guide carefully. Once an order is no longer in our care (delivered or picked up) we take no responsibility for any damage caused.
Media: We reserve the right to use all photographs of the products for advertising purposes.
Cancellations: You must notify us 10 days prior to the due date for cancellations. Cancelled orders will be refunded minus the (50%) deposit, and any money already spent on supplies. If you notify at least 10 days prior, you can reschedule your order one time without forfeiting the 50% deposit.
Refunds: 50% of all orders are non-refundable (non-refundable deposit). Flavor and texture of cookies/cake/etc. is subjective. You might qualify for a partial refund if the product is brought back to Batter's Bakery, and the flavor or texture is determined to not meet our standards. Product must be brought back to us within 24 hours of pick up - please contact us ASAP to let us know of the issue. Quality determination is solely at the discretion of Batter's Bakery. Please understand that we cannot issue refunds for products that have already been completely eaten. Refunds are based on what we determine the quality to be.
Performance of this agreement is contingent upon the ability of Batter's Bakery to complete the agreement and is subject to accidents, acts of god, and other causes beyond our control.
